Patch tests are available and optional to book- they must be booked at least 48-24hrs before your appointment. However, if you choose to opt out of a patch test I will ask you to fill in a quick form consenting to the treatment without one!
A deposit of £10 must be made for all appointments- this is Non-Refundable.
In the case of a cancellation within 48hrs of your appointment you will be charged a 50% fee off the total of your appointment.
In the case of a “no show” on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
In the event you are unable to or refuse to pay any cancellation & booking fees AND/OR this happens on multiple occasions, you may be refused from making any future bookings.
